Simple science that works

Carbohydrates have been proven to be the best way to fuel and improve endurance performance. KISS blend is made up of only what you need and nothing you don’t. It has a 1:0.8 ratio of glucose:fructose which is scientifically the best for absorption.

Sodium is needed not only to replace what you lost in your sweat, but to facilitate water and carb absorption. KISS uses sodium citrate (at your desired amount) which is less salty and easier on the gut than table salt (sodium chloride). 

Flavouring is all natural and is mild and palatable to ensure it is enjoyable from minute one to hour 12 of your training or racing.
